By accessing this website and/or booking a consultation you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. If you do not want to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non–exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions. Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, pre–release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.
These terms and conditions only cover this website. Any other websites which are linked to from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.

Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in relation to the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any of these terms or conditions of sale should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.
Changes to This Agreement
Goodnight Solutions reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Payment is due in full prior to any booked consultation – either home visit or telephone consultation. Any booked consultation will be postposed if payment is not received prior to the arranged date and time.
Cancellation policy – 24 hours’ notice is to be given for a full refund, cancellations made within 24 hours of the consultation will be offered an alternative date, but no refund will be given.
As a registered midwife and SCPHN I have an obligation to report any safeguarding concerns with either the NSPCC, the police or children’s social care. This is in line with the duty of care which apply to all health care professionals and members of the public as stated in the statutory working guide’ Working Together to Safeguard Children’ Department of Education 2018.
