Support when you need it most!
On-going non-judgmental support and ironing out any niggles or worries you may have about your new baby. Support with breast or formula feeding. Advice and help with your new baby’s cues and good sleep habits to get into.

Whether breast of bottle feeding Rachel can provide care for your baby while you sleep!
Waking only to express (if breast feeding) a long sleep, when exhausted, can make a frazzled new parent ‘feel like a new person’. Ad hoc bookings taken.
Young babies can become very unsettled around 5 weeks as they start to spend more time awake. This is developmentally normal but can be very tiring for an exhausted new parent. An extra pair of hands at this time can allow you to get some rest and a little time to yourself. Support with ways to settle your baby will also be given .

Help with household chores and cleaning, so you can relax with your new baby and get to know each other.
Ad hoc bookings taken for half or full days depending on your requirements. Please contact me to discuss how I can help you.
Maternity support visits can be booked on an ad hoc or more regular basis.
Half days and full days available. Half days consist of 4 hours at £80 and a full day 8 hours at £160.
Overnights can be accommodated although limited availability – contact me for prices.
