Sleep Practitioner, Rachel Greaves – Member of the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants

Hello and welcome!

Sleep is a fundamental aspect of everyone’s life in order to function and restore oneself. Seeking advice and guidance from a qualified sleep practitioner for your children or even as an adult can be daunting.

Goodnight Solutions is a sleep and emotional well being service specialising in baby, child and family sleep solutions and all aspects of baby care, breast and formula feeding, introducing family foods, toileting and childhood behaviours. I cover Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, and surrounding areas.

I offer tailor made packages which take into account parenting styles and family dynamics. These range from telephone and email consultations to 2 hour home visits and when appropriate overnight stays to address a specific concern.

Working alongside a sleep practitioner who specialises in children and families has many benefits, I can offer you solutions to optimise your family’s sleeping patterns and improve your overall wellbeing. Home visits can extend beyond the Cambridge region, to various locations in the UK. In addition, my online consultations mean Goodnight Solutions is never too far away for me to support you and your family.

”Sleep is that golden chain that ties health and our bodies together.”

At the heart of my methods is the emotional wellbeing of both parents and children.  As a trusted and experienced sleep consultant & practitioner for children and adults, I make it my priority to give you the best advice to suit your family life.

Although most sleep issues can be improved in 2 weeks, it can take up to 4-6 weeks to resolve the problem fully and sometimes longer if a child is particularly anxious.

Please explore the website and contact me for further information as to how I can help your child and family.

Home visits in Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire available – mileage may be charged.

Skype consultations also provided.

We appreciated your support more than you’ll ever know! We have had years of disturbed sleep but it had been especially bad during the last few months with no more than a few hours sleep a night. We implemented the techniques that Rachel taught us as consistently as we could. By the 3rd and 4th night we really struggled to stay calm and patient, but as Rachel had advised us this would be the worst time. It was! Towards the end of the week we saw a difference as they settled much quicker each time. We really appreciated Rachel’s messages to ask how it was going, extra support is definitely needed during those 3-5 nights after implementing the changes.
